I am dedicated professionally to the sale and purchase of on going business and franchises, as well as consulting services for buyers, investors, entrepreneurs. I will be your negotiator, counselor, marketer, broker and advisor. I implement enthusiasm, knowledge, and trust, when it comes to establishing relationships and educating buyers and sellers.

Dr. Larry Lerner
Dr. Larry Lerner’s rich business history spans a number of entrepreneurial ventures and senior-level corporate positions. These include being managing partner of an entertainment business on the east coast; CEO of a home improvement company in the South; Vice President of Operations of Liberty Fitness Holdings, Inc. (a 60-unit Women’s Fitness Franchise in 16 states); West Coast Director of Operations for In-Store Services (provided merchandising services to Lowe’s Home Improvement stores); and President of a specialty lighting company.
Larry also served as a financial consultant and associate producer for a $14 million Las Vegas show. In addition, he has served as a consultant for businesses that ranged in size from under a million to over $40 million in revenue and is a Vistage trained chair.
In 1998, Larry opened Empire Business Solutions (“EBS”), and for the past 25 years his Company has earned a reputation of being ethical and professional, treating its clients to discreet, concierge-style small market M&A services, and he has completed hundreds of transactions.
EBS works with Corporate Strategic Buyers, Individual Buyers, Venture Capital Companies, Investment Bankers, and Investment Groups to find the right buyer for your company.
With both an MBA in Finance and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Larry has the unusual mix of business acumen, paired with highly perceptive interpersonal skills, which gives him a keen understanding of his clients’ overall needs as well as unique insights into the art of negotiating. Larry has a proven record in problem-solving, budgeting, and forecasting and is always looking for a win-win result.
